Apply for student travel grants to attend IPAC'27
Student grant applications will open along with the abstract submission. In order to be considered, , your full application material must be received before the abstract submission deadline.
IPAC'27 is happy to provide the limited number of supports for graduate and undergraduate students to attend the conference. The supported students shall agree to attend the entire conference, submit their paper to the conference proceedings, participate in the Student Poster Session, and support the conference sessions.
Student Grant Instruction
- Before applying for a student grant, the student must have submitted at least one abstract and obtained a contribution ID. There is no need to wait for the abstract to be accepted, as the contribution ID is assigned immediately after submission.
- Grant applications must be submitted through the online application form in the Indico site and must include at least two reference letters signed by the applicant’s supervisor, head of institute, laboratory director, or university department chair at the institution where the applicant is working or studying.
- To complete the application, all reference or support letters must be uploaded by the stated deadline. Late submission of these letters may render the application invalid.
