IPAC’27 is pleased to offer meeting rooms for satellite events held in conjunction with the conference.

Room Availability

• Meeting rooms are available free of charge for non-commercial events, subject to availability.
• For satellite events of up to 50 participants, IPAC’27 can provide a basic room setup with Table and Chair at no cost.

Additional Services or Equipments

Additional equipment or services may be arranged upon request and will incur extra charges. These may include:

• TV or projector
• Coffee and snacks
• Catering or other food service
