Student program and activities for IPAC'27
IPAC'27 is committed to supporting the next generation of accelerator scientists and engineers.
Student Poster Session
- The IPAC27 Student Poster Session is open to all students participating in the conference. The session creates an opportunity for students to interact with respected peers in the accelerator community. The Student Poster Session will be held in Hall E at Huntington Place on May 23, 2027.
- Student posters are presented twice during the conference, once during the student poster session, and again during the standard poster sessions. All students are strongly encouraged to present their work during this session. The students receiving a grant to attend the conference must present their work in this session and submit a contribution to the proceedings.
- Students are required to remove their posters at the end of the session. Any poster left on its poster board after 6:30 pm will be removed.
Student Award
Posters presented during this session will be considered for the Best Student Poster Prize. Students should attend their posters during the Sunday Student Poster Session for interactions with judges and arriving conference delegates for the entire session.
