Visa Information

Visa invitation letters will be available to registered IPAC’27 attendees who require documentation for a U.S. visa application.
Participants are encouraged to review visa requirements and begin the application process as early as possible. Visa processing times vary by country, consulate, and individual circumstances.
IPAC’27 will open registration early to support participants who need to begin the visa process in advance. However, IPAC’27 cannot influence the outcome of any visa application or expedite consular processing.

A Letter of Invitation may be requested during the IPAC’27 registration process.

The expected process is:

1. Start registration process following Registration.

2. In step 5 (registration questions) of the CVENT payment site (as illustrated below), select "Yes" when asked

3. Complete registration and finish the payment.

4. The invitation letter will be automatically generated and sent to the registration email.

Invitation letters are provided only to registered conference participants.
The visa etter is intended to support a visa application for attending IPAC’27 and does not imply financial support from the conference. The student grant awardee will receive a separate letter for the travel support.
The final decision to issue a visa is made by the relevant U.S. consular authority. IPAC’27 is unable to contact U.S. embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants.
Participants should apply for a visa as early as possible to allow sufficient time for interview scheduling and application processing.
Participants who make a good-faith effort to obtain a visa but are unable to do so may request a registration refund. Such requests will be reviewed by IPAC’27 and handled in accordance with the conference cancellation policy.
